You own your art. Any image, animation, or sprite sheet generated by you using PixelPad Pro is 100% your property. You are free to use your creations for both personal and commercial purposes (including monetized video games, social media, and client work).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the server or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelPad Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a perfect tool, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because projects are saved in your browser's LocalStorage, we are not responsible for lost data if you clear your browser cache.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.
